Set your intention and say a mantra. 🧘🏽‍♀️
Intentions are central to the practice of saging, so take a moment before you light the sage to determine what exactly it is that you're trying to purify or release from your space. Then, decide on a mantra or prayer to repeat while saging that encapsulates this intention. It can be something you come up with on your own, or for a little guidance ( "I let go and release what no longer serves me.")

Using Palo Santo is really very simple. You can use it either to clear a space of negative or unwanted energies; for meditation; or for cleansing your crystals. Take one stick and light it with a candle, match or lighter. Allow the Palo Santo stick to burn for 30 seconds to a minute, then carefully blow it out. 🪄

& Simply put, ancestor money is paper that you can burn to send into the spirit realm. This burning ritual at your altar provides the ancestors with what they need on the "other side". Ancestor money also dissolves negative karmic debt 💸
