Hi! My name Raul Mancilla. My wife and I have 3 beautiful kids who are my motivation to do what I do.
I started cooking 20 years ago because I absolutely love the process and enjoy it every day.
What sets us apart from some of our competitors is that our food is never frozen and ALWAYS cooked fresh.
My hope is to one day be able to pass down my restaurant to my kids so they can carry on the tradition of serving our lovely community.
