Frassenei Farms

We were able to attend the Rocky Mountain Mini-Silky Fainting Goat Show in Malad this weekend! Thank you Kristi Skor Christophersen for a great show!

Frassenei Farms Percival became a Master Champion and went to his new home at Mini Herd of Erda. He’s gonna have a great home, lots of new ladies, and help them bring down size on their animals. He is such a sweet boy, it was hard to see him go. Thanks to Hunter for earning him his last point!

Stone Man Farm Honey Quartz earned her first Grand Champion point. So excited to show her again later this year. Thank you Janice Mitchell of Stone Man Farm for letting us own this gorgeous girl.

Our yearling buck Sirius earned a first in his class. Super excited about this boy as he continues to mature. He’s staying quite small like his Sire, MCH/BIS Finnigan and has his dam’s (DCB Farms Estellaria) prolific bangs.

Overall, a successful and fun weekend. It was great to see all our goat friends and get caught up. Thank you to my “posse” for all the laughs and good times. Love you gals.

A few shots from the OK show! We had a great time and were able to finish CCF3 Kelvin for our dear friends at Squires Farm & Ranch. Our yearling buck, FF Sirius placed well and even won a Reserve Grand. A couple of our littles owned by Tilted Halo also did well!

I spent the afternoon working on the Mini Myo (shorthair fainters) doe herd. I only bred a couple Myos this year and all but one doeling have found their new 🏠. Here are some pics of the adults that got a spa day today!

I forgot Kelvin! CCF3 Kelvin (o/b Squires Farm & Ranch) also got a bath yesterday. He somehow
managed to get himself very tangled despite our prior brush-out and he took FOREVER. This boy is so mischievous. I’ll be shocked if he has head hair left for the OK show. He is into EVERYTHING! But he’s soooo handsome.
