We're excited to celebrate the 250th birthday of America with all of you. As you celebrate with family and friends, we wish you a safe, enjoyable, and memorable Independence Day!

Congratulations to Calvin Cramer, one of our apprentice ironworkers, for winning his local union apprentice competition! He'll be representing the Local 14 ironworkers in NYC for the national competition later this year.

Well done, Calvin! We're grateful for your skill and dedication to your craft.

Kudos to our team of electricians working at the West Boise Wastewater Renewal plant! Their work during the current shutdown includes critical upgrades to the facility's UV disinfection system and significant facility updates that improve overall safety.

Our team has worked hard to maintain the highest safety standards during this process while also ensuring the project moves forward smoothly and on-schedule. We feel fortunate to work with such amazing people.

Working in construction comes with inherent risk because of the many high-energy hazards present on and around job-sites. While we can't fully eliminate risks, we can isolate, reduce, or remove sources of danger to greatly reduce the likelihood of injuries.

We're excited to share that Kaley Murphy, long-time member of our team, recently graduated with her MBA. Graduating is always an accomplishment, but especially after working and attending school. Congratulations Kaley, for your hard work and achievement. We're lucky to have you!

We recently had the opportunity to bring together our leadership teams, field crews, clients, vendors, trade partners, and community members for an event centered around something we value deeply — the relationships that have helped shape Barin Group along the way.

What started as a leadership meeting with our crews turned into an evening of celebrating the people behind our growth: the teams in the field, the partnerships built over time, and the community that continues to support us.

Construction is built on trust, collaboration, and shared effort, and we’re grateful for everyone who has played a role in our journey so far.
