This is a great podcast I listened to driving recently. I really liked how he talks about how red and yellow lights today lead to green lights tomorrow.
The other thing they talk about that I loved was that if you want to transition to another career or opportunities to do the best you can at what you are doing now, get promoted, Excell at what you are doing, the momentum will carry over into to anything else you want to do.....:)

This is a great book about how little changes done every day over time lead to huge differences! It's like a ship changing its course a degree or two winds up thousands of miles in a different direction.
