I love this place!

Even before I started working here, I called this place a second home, and would frequent the gym quite often. It was a place where I was able to work on myself, tune things out, and just overall find peace as I went about my workouts. Now that I work here, I’ve had the opportunity to become a part of an amazing community of people! The staff, trainers, and instructors are a combination of the best coworkers I could ask for, and the members are a variety of awesome!

Here at Gold’s, the atmosphere is positive and upbeat, the classes are fun and challenging, and there's more than enough equipment to meet your fitness needs. Everyone is from a different walk of life, and I’ve never felt out of place while being here. If you're looking for a gym to call home, look no further! Gold's Gym is the place to be!

Need help strengthening your Deadlift?

Give heavy rack pulls a try! Usually 5-15% more than your max deadlift. Rack pulls can help:
-Increase your pulling strength

Nice single at 275lbs. Little fast on the eccentric movement, but happy with the form. Haven't done that raw in a few years.💪

If you're going to take PR videos, remember to bring a tripod. 😅 Hit a new deadlift PR of 385lbs, and felt like there was more in the tank. 💪 😅
