My favorite thing is when I see a picture of my work, love it, and even surprise myself that I designed that.

No one underestimates me, more than me.
No one is harder on me, more than me.
Mom would always have to reassure me that my designs came out lovely and the bride would be thrilled. It wasn't until the moment I saw the bride's reaction, did I really exhale and know Mom was always right.

Celebrating a job well done is not the same without you Mom. xoxo You made it possible.

Today is my first wedding since losing my Mom a month ago. She was always my right hand, my urn designer, my “design it crazy” girl, my follower in traffic, my stay-up-late-to-get-it-done girl, and always my biggest cheerleader. Today will be hard…but our brides were always our top priority. Miss you so much Mom. This is not the same without you.

Sometimes I make pretty things that I’m proud of.
Sometimes I lose sleep over those pretty things.
