We're proud to share that Bauer Design Build has earned STEP Diamond recognition from the Associated Builders and Contractors - Minnesota/North Dakota Chapter, the highest level of ABC's nationally recognized Safety Training Evaluation Process (STEP).

This recognition reflects our commitment to proactive planning, identifying and addressing potential hazards before work begins, investing in ongoing training, and fostering a culture where everyone looks out for one another.

U-Haul Rapid City, SD is officially complete, delivering nearly 94,000 SF of climate controlled self-storage and a 17,000 SF U-Box warehouse. Together, they create a convenient one-stop destination for storage, moving supplies, truck rentals, and more for residents and businesses throughout the area.

Every completed project is the result of countless people doing their jobs well. Thank you to the local and traveling trade partners whose craftsmanship and commitment helped bring this facility to life.

We enjoyed our time building in Rapid City and look forward to seeing this project serve the community for years to come.
