Steak… it’s What’s For Dinner
A ribeye steak is a boneless cut of beef from the cow’s rib section. It’s known for its intense flavor, rich marbling, and tender texture. The steak’s abundant marbling melts during cooking, adding tenderness and juiciness.
These photos are actually of a Cowboy Cut where the Butcher leaves approximately 2-3” bone on the cut!
We seasoned this one with our favorite beef combination of Rub-a-Dub and Island Boy Coffee Rubs! Perfectly smoked and seared over

And then there were ✌️…
I’ve been warned that the has an additive aspect to it… and now I’m warning you!
The other night Coleman and I waited 15-20 mins for our XL to get to sear temps with that steak… that’s when it dawned on me we need a to speed up this process!
