At the World Cup, while other fans head for the exits, Japanese fans stay behind. Win, lose, or tie, they use giant blue bags to clean the stadium—bottle by bottle—until the trash is gone. Even the players leave their locker rooms spotless with a handwritten thank-you note.

In Karate, we teach Rei (respect) and Sh*tsuke (discipline). But true martial arts training doesn't stay on the mats. It’s about how you carry yourself out in the world outside of the dojo.
