I have never met Kathy personally, I live several 100 miles from the house that we were selling, but Kathy handled everything without me ever having to go to the house. This was very important to me because of all of COVID-19 that we are all living with right now. She handled everything from arranging inspections, picking up keys and garage door openers from my housekeeper to getting rid of the final junk in the garage and dealing with a neighbor over tree issues. Kathy got great comps for the house, understood that we wanted to sell the house ‘as is’ and priced it appropriately. She insured that all prospective buyers understood that the sellers were selling the house ‘as is’. The house sold in one week and over the asking price.
