Coach Dwight (De La Salle/ West Coast Elite) will lead you through various drills to help you expand your game as the summer comes to a close.

What: Morning group workouts
Where: Iron Horse MS
When: Sundays 11a - 12:30p (11/21 - 12/19)

Sunday mornings for the next month we will be hosting "breakfast club" group workout sessions. Each session will focus on different game actions and how to apply them to game situations. Open to any and all middle school and high school aged players looking to improve.

- limited to 12 players. first come first serve basis.
