🔼 Price Changes (Median List Price):
Pleasanton: +12.8% 📈
Livermore: +6.2% 📈
San Ramon: -4.8% 📉
Danville: +11.0% 📈
Alamo: -3.9% 📉

📅 Days on Market (DOM):
Market activity showed mixed speed shifts across the Tri-Valley in May. Pleasanton saw a slight slowdown, increasing by 3 days. Livermore moved faster by 2 days, continuing its steady buyer activity. San Ramon also improved slightly, decreasing by 2 days. Danville saw a noticeable slowdown, increasing by 5 days. Alamo moved significantly faster, dropping by 2 days as well.

🏠 Homes Sold:
Sales activity continued to strengthen across most cities. Pleasanton saw a strong jump with 16 more homes sold. Livermore increased by 2 sales, San Ramon added 4 more homes sold, Danville saw a slight dip of 5 homes, and Alamo decreased by 6 sales after a strong April.

📉 Inventory Trends:
Inventory continued climbing across nearly all of the Tri-Valley, signaling more options for buyers heading into late spring. Pleasanton added 10 homes to the market, Livermore increased by 10, San Ramon rose by 7, and Danville saw a 6-home increase. Alamo remained relatively flat with a slight decrease of 2 homes available.
