We built this a couple years ago for an on site job that required of fabrication in the middle of nowhere!

Pic 1- The Container is a standard 20 Footer. I purchased it as a like-new one trip container. This means its only made one deliver to the united states from China, then resold by a broker in the East Bay where I purchased it. That's why they call it a "One Tripper".

The Trailer is a

Pic 5- Doringer Cold Saw 14" Blade set up for Pipe and Tubing. The wall racks will hold tubing and pipe no longer than 19 1/2' long.

Pic 6- Generator is a Miller Bobcat 250 EFI is used to power a 10 horse power phase converter, followed by a 60 AMP panel that distributes the power to all 3 Phase machinery and 110 volt 20 amp outlets.

Pic 7- Phase Converter 10 HP and is the bare minimum for the equipment that you see in the photos. Upgrade to a 20 hp unit is recommended.

Pic 8- shows a dual fans with a 20" sander confined to a room dedicated to grinding equipment

Pic 9 & 10- There's one ceiling fan that vents any unwanted airborne debris out side the container. (110V) Next to it is a Dayton 3-phase heater that is regulated by a wall mounted thermostat and doesn't work properly.

Does nit include vertical band saw and press brake machine!

explorer housings include 3.73 gears and may have an open differential. These can be purchased from LKQ Recycling for as low as $200. The front bushing can also be reused. No need to replace them.

Dual 3"s on the e36. An X-pipe, 18" resonators with 14" straight through mufflers from vibrant.

The e36 kit is coming along. The trans mount clears dual 3" exhaust while maintaining the stock type trans mount bushing.

We are doing another batch of fd radiator kits. There are 2 left for the taking. Please let us know if you want in?
