Located in Clearfield, Utah the Second State Apartments is one of the first projects under Clearfield city’s new Form-Based Code. A required 10-foot step back above Level 4 results in large balconies at the top level of the 4th floor with views of the Wasatch Mountains. Amenities featured are a fitness center, communal outdoor dining patio, secure bike storage, social room, covered parking, and EV charging stations.
