Play offers children many great opportunities to learn socially and emotionally.

Children can play out their biggest dreams and their greatest fears. Similar to adults talking through an issue with a friend, children will play out their problems.

As the loving adults in children's lives, allowing them to play gives us the opportunity to get to know them better. Noticing what they play gives insight into their world. Toys are their language and we are their audience.
