Strata at Plantation

Building 16 has life! Trees are in. Driveway pavers are done. Interior drywall has been installed, mudded, and taped. Baseboards are going in. Just a few more weeks to the finish line!

Building 14 has closed and residents are moved in! Only 2 more buildings to go and phase 2 will be finished!

The community center security and access control keyfob system is in place. Residents should receive notices shortly on how to obtain their keyfobs for access. The pool is filled and just needs some last safety items installed before we can open it. The pool table is in and ready for some fun!
