I’ll be 47 next month, and I’m still writing my story... 💚

I’m honored to share my second published story with the Florida Wildlife Corridor Foundation : Rain Frog Ranch: How a Family’s Land Led to a Voice for the Corridor.🫶

As a seventh-generation Floridian, I’ve learned that those words aren’t a bragging right.

Y’all.

They.

Are.

A.

Responsibility.

For those who have ever wondered where my passion for conservation, agriculture, and Wild Florida comes from, this article probably explains it better than I ever could.

It’s a story about family, faith, community, stewardship, and the people and places that shaped me.

The land gave me roots. 🐴
The Corridor gave me direction. 💚
And somewhere along the way, I found my voice. 🗣️🐸💚🐴🫶🕊️

At almost 47, I’m still learning (a lot), still growing, and still trying to do my small part so future Floridians can fall in love with the same Wild Florida that shaped me, and so many others!

I hope you’ll take a few minutes to read it. 💚
