Went to place near my location to get eyelashes

First I asked for classic level 3 full… when finished I asked the eyelash tec how many did you put on ?
Answer about 95
I looked and looked they did not look full but I said ok
Went home looked again
This is not full classic come to find out was not even near 70 which is the norm
Called the company showed them photo within 1hour of service
They were kind enough to tell me to come in again and someone would complete my lashes I paid for

Today went to another new eyelash studio
Asked for classic refill
They gave me hybrid I said ok that’s fine.
I gave home inspecting the work because it didn’t look right
