AI is a fantastic tool and has done an extraordinary job coordinating the insane amount of scientific data to prove the above.
But it’s not alive. It doesn’t have a heartbeat. It doesn’t give it and receive emotion.

We are born perfect beings into community. It is in relationship and environment that we get wounded. It is in relationship and environment that we will heal. Connection and co-regulation!

The energy in this room is literally electrifying (per the machines measuring). When you have 2000 people focused on the same goal, synchronizing energy and love, magic happens. Think laser, lightning bolt! ⚡️

When you change the field of energy, you change the matter it creates. I’ve personally experienced this biologically this week. 🤯

SO Honored to Celebrate 1 year of Intensive Eating Disorder Treatment & Recovery for this client!!!

I am beyond impressed and proud of her commitment and dedication to her Intensive (IOP) therapy work this past year. Her growth was Significant in Every area of her life.

She allowed me to challenge her faulty belief systems, was willing to consider an alternative view of food and her body, let herself be messy and imperfect, learned to STOP spiral thinking and bu****it negative narratives and is allowing herself to be vulnerable giving and receiving love. These are Huge accomplishments for a “normy” but nearly impossible as anyone who has struggled with an eating disorder will confirm.

Today, she graduated from INTENSIVE therapy with daily support and will move to traditional therapy much farther and deeper into her recovery than ever would have been possible under normal circumstances (and according to the client, even if she had gone into residential treatment and attempted to incorporate that into every day life.) Congrats to this client and her family who supported this Intense, Daily, Not Unexpensive, Massive journey to a completely different future! 💗
