"Do you sell your staging furniture?"... " Why, yes we do!" (swipe for price)...😲

Taken from the files of every day life of a home staging company. While yes, we get asked all the time if we sell our inventory and unless it's a one of a kind piece, the answer is generally yes. However, we're not a discount store, and no you're not "taking it off our hands" or are we willing to take your counter/half price offer. It's kind of insulting. Would you walk into any retail store & negotiate their price? especially if you love the pieces and they've already been selected specifically for the home you're buying? And yes, we do sometimes offer reduced pricing but it will always be in our first reply to your request, so please keep that in mind if you love something we've selected for your new home.
