Reach Peace Within

I’ll be at the Cotton Mill in McKinney this weekend talking about bodywork from a Traditional East Asian Medicine (TEAM) perspective. Come and learn about the many ways to live healthy.

Community outreach where we got to practise our techniques while serving those in need. I love how everyone wears such comfortable loose clothing on the island. No random chickens, but plenty of goats. What a beautiful way to end class and my stay here at Maui.

Days 5-7 were full of learning. Day 9 we visited spiritual/sacred sites, cleansed in the cold river and saw the beautiful hondo (turtle). Day 10 the tea farm and beach. Today was ‘research and development’- I received a lomi lomi massage in the spa on campus.
