Granite is proud to share that Two Eldridge has won the BOMA International TOBY Award for the 250,000-499,999 square-foot category.

Congratulations to our Property Experience team in Houston for winning the commercial real estate industry’s highest honor for building management and operations.

This outstanding achievement is a true representation of your hard work and commitment to providing an exceptional work environment every day.

Two Eldridge is a Class A, LEED Gold and Fitwel certified office building in the Energy Corridor. It’s almost fully leased and offers a large, hotel-style lobby, a Customer Connection Center with a MEET fitness center, EATS café, and MEET conference room.

Customers also enjoy an on-site pickleball court, regular community events, including workshops around its roof deck beehives, and being steps from Terry Hershey Park’s running and bike trails.

Granite completed another successful Fan Drive to benefit Meals on Wheels Collin County.

Each year, our Corporate Accounting Manager in Dallas, Preksha Patel, organizes a fan drive to help seniors stay cool during the hot summer months.

We’re excited to share that Granite’s General Manager, Tanya Bouthillier, is a GlobeSt Women of Influence winner for the category Property/Facility Manager.

Tanya oversees management operations of our Denver portfolio, consisting of four Class A office projects totaling 1.2 million square feet. Tanya focuses on creating a people-centric workplace rich in services and experiences that inspire today’s workforce.

As a result of her effective leadership and the hard work of our Property Experience team, one of our buildings, Regency Plaza, took home the 2025 BOMA Denver TOBY Award as well as the Midwest Northern Region BOMA TOBY award for the 250,000 – 499,999 square feet category. Regency Plaza, along with High Pointe Plaza and Plaza Tower One, also earned the 2025 Kingsley Excellence Award for exceeding industry standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Tanya is an engaged leader in the commercial real estate industry and currently serves as the Denver Metro BOMA President.

For the past 10 years, our TogetherWeGive event has united customers across all Granite buildings to support local Boys & Girls Clubs. Each summer, they come together to pack snack bags and write encouraging notes for children who may not have access to school meals over the summer.

The event is part of Granite’s effort to create meaningful connections and community among our customers. We’ve loved seeing employees from all different companies working together to support children and making a difference.
