Hi, my names Tessa. I’ve been training one on one clients and teaching group exercise for over 5 years. I’ve worked with athletes and body builders, to people who have never set foot in a gym or worked out. All of my clients get a customized program to fit them as an individual and their life goals.
A healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights. It’s about stretching, warming up, eating healthily, and getting necessary rest and enough sleep. I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of. My goal is to help you achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle that will minimize the risk of future health-related issues.

SUNDAY COOL DOWN:
After an hour lift, 45 min spin class, meal prep for the week, laundry and A 2.5 mile walk with my pup it’s time to wind down and get ready for the week.
Sunday Tips:
-Meal prep for the week so you have healthy options for a busy schedule.
-Take a walk and clear your head.
-Stretch it all out!
-Complete your agenda for the week, schedule time for you!
-Take time to journal your thoughts and let out anything you may be feeling.
