Our next Introduction to Solids class with Stacia Paganelli from Help with Feeding is scheduled for Monday, January 13 from 6:30 - 8 PM. Babies in arms are welcome if you need or prefer to bring your little one along. One ticket covers you and your support person.

This class is appropriate for families with baby who will soon be starting to solids but also for those who have recently started and are looking for further guidance and insight on what to expect through the rest of the first year and beyond.
