Shady Side Academy Summer Programs

This week, the theme of the East End Explorers Day Camp at the was Paint, Pencils & Palettes. Campers enjoyed making leaf imprints, building legos and coloring among other active outdoor activities.

🎨 Amazing adventures are kicking off at ! Our Visual Arts students in Mr. Roy Parlour's glass class visited the Pittsburgh Glass Center and the Contemporary Craft Gallery, igniting their creativity. Witnessing mesmerizing demonstrations and exploring vibrant glass exhibits opened their minds to limitless possibilities. Back in class, they crafted impressive pieces like a fused glass piece featuring a copper deer and stunning stained glass earrings with intricate patterns. We're incredibly proud of their dedication and talent! 🎉👏
