📢 Now Hiring: Pugmill Operator

Looking for a career that combines competitive pay, travel, and the opportunity to contribute to the building of safe, durable roadways?

Russell Standard is seeking a Pugmill Operator to join our Pavement Preservation team in our Fayetteville, PA, location.

What you'll bring:
✔ 2+ years of asphalt machinery experience
✔ Valid driver's license
✔ Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card and Flagger Certification
✔ CDL Class A or B is a plus

What you'll do:
• Operate pugmill and asphalt mixing equipment
• Load, haul, and unload equipment and materials
• Perform equipment inspections and maintenance
• Support paving and pavement preservation crews as needed

What to expect:
📍 Up to 60% travel, including overnight stays
🚜 Variety of work across multiple job sites
🦺 Safety-focused team
💲 $50/ hour while operating the machine; all other hours worked are paid at the base hourly rate
