🏈⚾🏀 NEW LAW REQUIRES HEART SCREENINGS

Starting in the 2026-2027 school year, all high school athletes (grades 9-12) will need an EKG before they can participate in sports.

Governor DeSantis signed the Second Chance Act to help protect young athletes from sudden cardiac arrest.

School districts must partner with organizations to keep the cost under $50 - and many are offering FREE screenings.
