We are announcing the closure of Senior Pet and Animal Rescue with sincere gratitude for the support we've received from our community. Since our founding a decade ago, our mission has been clear—to keep senior animals with their families and provide rescue, rehabilitation, and hospice care for those in need of a new home. Our founders dedicated themselves to ensuring that senior pets had the chance to live out their lives surrounded by love and care, and we are so grateful for the community's unwavering support throughout the years.
We extend our deepest thanks to everyone who supported our efforts, whether through donations, fostering, or helping spread the word. Your compassion has made a lasting impact on the lives of so many animals.
As we close this chapter, we encourage everyone to continue supporting rescue organizations and consider adopting senior pets. These animals may have a bit more life experience, but they offer just as much love and companionship in return. Thank you for being part of our mission to make the world a better place for senior animals.

In 2017 we weren't sure if we'd have seven weeks with our dear Milo, who battled with cancer. Seven YEARS later, he still continues to amaze us 💚
And we 💯 know that his mom Jen is the reason. Her unending love and constant care has given our one-eyed hospice pug the absolute best life a senior pet could ever hope to have.

Thanks to our generous supporters, you raised more than $1,000 for our seniors. Your donations will go toward things like medical bills for our loving boy Sport, who is wishing for his very own Christmas tree this holiday season 🎄
