Face of the efforts at CMU-IGSA

The Covid-19 crisis in India is continuing to take a toll on the ground – overwhelming urban hotspots, rapidly spreading to rural areas and upending lives and livelihoods across the nation.

South Asian students from Carnegie Mellon University and 25+ leading universities across the US have come together to help those battling Covid-19 and its far-reaching consequences. Our first disbursement helped direct critical medical and humanitarian relief to underserved communities across rural and urban India, and we have now raised our fundraising target to $500,000.
