Well here it is 720 sqft of outdoor space with a perfect mix of sun and shade.
45x16 timber tech vintage collection PVC deck
RDI clay vinyl railing with structural post
19x16 open gable cathedral roof all wrapped beams in composite clay pvc trim and post wraps
All stair treads are glued and pocket screwed
Stair risers are V grooved heated and bent for a finished edge
The deck framing is 2x12 on 12 inch centers built like a tank and ready for many years of maintenance free enjoyment.
