Leadership Pittsburgh Inc. congratulates the Leadership Development Initiative (LDI) # # cohort on the successful completion of their Community Impact Project in the City of Monongahela!

LDI # # collaborated with the Mon Valley Alliance Foundation to develop a comprehensive, community-wide strategic plan for the City of Monongahela. Their work focused on the long-term revitalization of this important regional community in the areas of economic development, housing stability, quality of life, youth engagement, and regional collaboration. The cohort gathered alongside City of Monongahela stakeholders at the Armory Court & Event Center to share the final recommendations and celebrate the culmination of months of collaboration, learning, and community engagement.

We extend our sincere thanks to the Mon Valley Alliance Foundation and "Mon City" for welcoming the cohort and supporting the Community Impact Project.
