From residential developments like The Caroline Apartments and Mosaic Apartments to mixed-use spaces like Fifth and Halket, it’s exciting to see these projects take shape!

Atlantic Engineering Services continues to support the preservation of one of Florida’s most iconic landmarks, the St. Augustine Lighthouse.

Our team performs a detailed structural survey every few years, examining the masonry walls, lantern room, gallery deck, and stairs to document and monitor any deterioration.

This year, Megan Beery, P.E., joined the effort for the first time, performing the exterior framing inspection of the lighthouse at 140 feet with dual safety lines. The lighthouse remained open to the public, offering visitors a unique view of engineering in action!
