March 21st is World Down Syndrome Day. This date was selected to signify the uniqueness of the triplication of the 21st chromosome which causes down syndrome. Since the chromosomes look like socks we rock our socks for awareness. HDS is rocking our socks for Dylan today! Dylan is 11 years old and he is the nephew of our Senior Project Manager Tara Smith.
