Today, we celebrate more than just great food and vibrant culture, it marks the anniversary of the Battle of Puebla, when Mexican forces achieved an unexpected victory. While it’s often widely celebrated in the U.S., in Mexico it’s especially meaningful in the region of Puebla.

Here at TASH, Inc., this day also reminds us of the deep connections we share with communities in Oaxaca. Through our work, we support initiatives that promote health, dignity, and opportunity, helping provide access to clean water, healthcare, and essential services in rural communities.

Cinco de Mayo is a moment to celebrate resilience, culture, and community and to reflect on how we can continue to support one another across borders. 💙
