Lagavulin Sweet Peat
Aged for 11 years exclusively in ex-Bourbon casks, as opposed to the 16 year old’s extended sleep in ex-Sherry cask, that American oak brings a potpourri of dessert fruit to the smoked bogginess we know and love from Lagavulin. 

HIghland Park Viking Heart
Maturation in an assortment of ex-Sherry American oak and European oak for at least 15 years brings layers of winter spices and candied citrus to Highland Park’s base layer of subtle smoke and coastal air.

Glenmorangie A Taste of Spices
Aged in ex-Moroccan red wine French oak, shaved toasted & re-charred ex-red win, new charred American oak and ex-PX Sherry casks lend layers of strawberry shortcake and maraschino liqueur to Glenmorangie’s delicate Highland spirit.

Advance warning, Piper's Pub will be closed Monday, May 25 2026 for Memorial Day. Sunday Supper is still a go and we'll be back with you Tuesday morning at precisely 11:30am.
