Thank you so much for sending me a new ohnut and carry case ❤️
I damaged my original demo ohnut from not storing it properly. I had it for 4 years, so I’d like to thing we had a good run.
The Pelvic People customer service were kind enough to send me a new product and a case when I explained the situation. Now I don’t have to apologetically pull cat hair off of them when I’m showing them to people 😅😸

Make this a goal for the new year! Prioritizing your pleasure is a turn-on. I hear from a lot of clients that they feel guilty asking for what they want or saying what they need. This usually happens when s*x isn't going well—too painful, to triggering, too dull.
The fear is that they will disappoint their partners, stop the flow, or somehow ruin the moment.
How do you get to that place, though? The ability to express yourself in such a vulnerable space is easier said than done. It might involve changing your thought patterns, like "I will always be in pain" to "Pain isn't part of s*x, I deserve to enjoy this, too." It might also involve practicing assertiveness, the ability to ask for what you want, and set boundaries.
If these things are difficult for you, seeing a s*x therapist or coach can help you get clear on what's getting in the way of your pleasure and make a plan for what to do about it.

If you’re trying to squ!rt, push out instead of tightening up. There isn't a lot of research into squ!rting, so lots is still unknown. One thing I've noticed when trying to squ!rt, though, is that I'm more likely to have it happen when I simultaneously push out and relax my pelvic muscles.
I also notice I'm more likely to squ!rt when in a straddle position— sitting on my knees, legs spread out.
Anyone else has any tips, I imagine different things work for different people, but the more ideas, the better!
I want s*x tips to be like self-care tips, everyone has their ways of self-care, but there is so much content around what might help someone else so that people can get ideas and find out what works for them.
