Let me ask you something...when was the last time you tried something for the first time?
And if that time was a long time ago, what are you waiting for? Who you were even yesterday need not limit all you can achieve today. So try something new that pushes you to grow with a really great instructor showing you the way.

The power is in our choices.
I knew starting a second round of 75 Hard would mean coming up against the sweets on Easter because that’s how my family rolls. Cakes, cookies, chocolate, peanut butter eggs...all the good stuff. Challenging? Yes. Impossible? No.
Now when I start to want something sweet, I think, “Is it really worth it?” Or “Is it getting me closer or further away from my goals?” That answer helps me make a choice and in that choice I have power over my decisions.
Am I sitting here saying I will never have sweets again? NO! But for now, the goals I’m working toward, and how good I’m feeling, I’m content.
So how did I survive Easter with all this yummy stuff calling out to me? I planned ahead! When everyone else was having a piece of cake or pie, I went in my kitchen and made up my version of a healthy dessert...half a scoop of Cafe Latte Shakeology and half a scoop of Chocolate Recover (my post-workout shake) and turned it into a brownie batter and voila, mission accomplished.
Sometimes you just have to be creative, but you can totally win the battle on sugar, even if you have a sweet tooth like me!!
