Congress is still trying to expand the child tax credit before tax season is over.

A new child tax credit could pass this month. Here’s what it would do for low-income families. About 90 percent of the proposed child tax credit changes are aimed at expanding how much the lowest-income families can receive. But the proposal faces a difficult road to passage.

Proud to say we raised over $250,000 to make charitable grants and scholarships to more than 46 nonprofit organizations that help children and families. And we had a great time networking with family lawyers across the country!
