An Architect Whose Work Stood Out, Even if She Did Not (Published 2013) Almost invisibly in her own day, Natalie de Blois, of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, helped guide the design of three of the most important corporate landmarks of the 1950s and ’60s.

Proceeds will be split between Ukraine’s defenders and The Sanctuary project in North Braddock, where I’m helping reuse a former church to benefit women returning from incarceration.

Nadya uses her voice in continuous acts of resistance, weaponizing her artwork in order to stand up against the tyranny of the russian state. Nadya was imprisoned in a Siberian penal colony for two years in 2012 after an anti-Putin protest performance which only strengthened her resolve and motivation. She has recently been raising funds to support Ukrainian fighters on the front line. In this special collaboration between @Swoonhq and Nadya, the two iconic female artists are coming together to raise funds for the causes they care most about.
