So… what exactly is social wellness? 💙

Social wellness is our ability to connect with others, build healthy relationships, feel included, and have a sense of belonging within our communities.

And sometimes, social wellness starts with something incredibly simple: feeling welcome.

At WPSARDC, supporting social wellness is woven into many of the programs we provide. It can look like a familiar face and conversation during Food Market Days. A street outreach team taking the time to listen and learn someone's name. Helping a family care for a beloved pet through Pawsitive Pet Pantry. Or creating support and connection for individuals and families through Operation: Take Me Home.

Different programs. Different needs. But at the heart of each is something very human — connection.

Because sometimes support isn't only about what we can provide. Sometimes it's about making sure people know they matter, they belong, and there is a community that cares. 💙
