Our ALAC team will assist you with creating an account with the PA Dept. of Health, and\or renewing your current certification. Please have access to your email if you do not remember your PADOH account credentials. WE MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR CARD AFTER CERTIFICATION!!!
Be sure to RSVP and book your
appointment in advance. The cost is $200 for initial consults and $150 for re-certs.
