PLEA recently partnered with Open Up Pittsburgh to host a mindfulness and movement workshop for families and staff of PLEA students. The event brought families together in a welcoming and supportive environment to learn simple strategies for managing stress, supporting emotional regulation, and strengthening connection through movement and mindfulness activities. The workshop reflected the shared commitment of PLEA and Open Up Pittsburgh to create inclusive spaces where all families feel supported, connected, and empowered.
