Our albino bristlenose (m) is fanning eggs possibly! And the longfin blue eye BN pleco is hangin out. She ate quite a bit of zucchini in the paat few days!

2017/05/03: Update

We have been growing our pet family!- About 15 snakes as well now, which we are working on breeding. Handful of ball pythons, hognose, a breeding pair of sand boas, and also, for fun for now- "Roja" the Red Tail Boa & "Cooper" the Brazilian Rainbow Boa. Sand Boas we believe are closest to winning the race- all they do is cuddle.

About to re-set up our larger fish room setup as the tanks out are getting pretty crowded!
Many Neo. Daffodil Pulchers (not 2 be confused with Neo. Brichardi)
AND
Pelvicachromis Nigerian Reds mostly!
Others getting ready to breed again after a good water changing! Also, we have some good, healthy Brevis (shell-dwelling "fairy cichlids") that are just adorable. Feisty, but very pretty.

The Daffodil Pulchers are one of those fish where the older generations help care for the younger.
Then, next door the "Reds" are battling it out as usual. At feeding time, we will scoop out the older ones, though for now they are safely in hiding. The fry are following the parents around and they are great parents!

Once we get the setup like how we had at our old place, or better!, there will be a lot more updated pictures!

**Our ultimate goal?? To keep these fish safe in their "Noah's Ark-like" tanks; safe from pollution, deforestation, or unnatural predators in their lakes. If their natural habitats are safe and it is a species that is dwindling OR extinct; we would like to take part in rehabilitation back into the wild. These fish are too amazing to be wiped out by human mistakes.**
