I took a short trip to Cleveland over the weekend with a friend. We stumbled across a gorgeous metro park and decided to capture a bit of it. She painted, I sketched. It’s been a while since I’ve done this kind of drawing. It was a nice break in the day and reminder that I can, in fact, draw. 😅

Sometimes you need to do something completely different to find that creative spark again. This commission has been a journey and a welcome break from my usual pieces. Stay tuned to see how it turns out.
