Pre-ordering is OPEN for 10/7! It must be fall because we are FALLing in ❤ with scones right now. This week we have a pumpkin maple scone that will knock those autumnal boots right off. And while it may be a little hot this week, the forecast for the weekend is lookin' cool and grey. Just what we like to see for pumpkin maple scone weather 😎
What else is on the menu? We'll have 50% whole wheat, light buckwheat loaves, and everything bagel seasoned loaves. Focaccia-wise, our classic roasted garlic + herb, and the return of sweet n' spicy pepper + onion. For pastries, lemon crumb muffins and brioche cinnamon rolls are filling out the ever-changing center of the pastry case - and all the classic goodies in the wings!
One more thing - Third Space Bakery is doing a FREE cooking demo and sampling at Two Frays Brewery tomorrow evening! Join us at 6pm for fresh snacks and tasty brews to celebrate Oktoberfest,

Pre-ordering is OPEN for 9/30 - I am writing this looking out at a grey sky, wearing long sleeves and with a belly full of grilled cheese and tomato soup. Needless to say, cozy season is finally here. And we do have some very cozy menu items this week!
Cinnamon raisin, 100% whole wheat, and deli rye this week - all very different and VERY COZY. If you feel constrained by bread types, know that rye french toast is a real thing and it slays. Cinnamon raisin makes an awesome apple-cheese panini or a fantastic breakfast sandwich. Get creative, y'know? If you still feel uninspired, ask us what to make and we'll tell you too many sandwich ideas.
What else is on the menu? Kalamata + rosemary focaccia and za'atar focaccia! Plus ginger rose scones and snickerdoodle muffins. And yes, brioche sourdough cinnamon rolls are back to stay for quite a while. ❤️

Pre-ordering is OPEN for 9/23. I don't usually pump out pumpkin until October...but I caved. Beth and Erika of Third Space Bakery (!!) will graciously be stepping in to run the stand with Jillian while I'm away for the day, and I knew folks would be excited for anything pumpkin. So, here you go. You're welcome.
Consumerist, pumpkin-everything jokes aside, our pumpkin crumb muffin is worth it. Most of us crave pumpkin because we want to feel full of nostalgia. We want family, friends, and warm blankets. Also, we're tired of wearing shorts and showing everyone our leggies. Well my friends, one bite of our pumpkin crumb muffin is like being hugged by a friendly, flannel-adorned scarecrow full of crunchy leaves. And if that sounds weird, or if it sounds great but you want even more, our apple cinnamon scone is another treat sure to hit those autumnal sweet spots.
What else is on the menu? Whole grain sesame, barley wheat, and 50% whole wheat loaves! Plus tomato + basil focaccia and (by popular request) gouda + leek focaccia. No brioche sourdough cinnamon rolls this week, but starting next week, we're considering going weekly with them. Whaddya think??

Whether you are grabbing a special loaf like challah or an everyday loaf like our 100% whole wheat, we've got you covered 👍
Tomorrow's market will have lots of Rosh Hashanah baked goods (even if you didn't preorder, but come early), alongside buttloads of whole grain beauties. The raisin walnut loaf is making a rare appearance, so be sure to grab one while you can. It's the perfect bread for apple butter, pumpkin butter, butter butter, and so forth.
