We are looking for a skilled maintenance technician for a luxury apartment community in the Uptown part of Pittsburgh. This position is part-time with potential to become full-time. Some of the duties include completion of tenant maintenance requests, preventative maintenance on building-wide systems, waste removal, customer service, and ability to work as a team with other on-site staff members.
