This customer was getting water in there basement so we dug down to the foundation, pressure washed the foundation walls clean, used hydraulic cement and filled in all cracks and holes and used a foundation waterproofing and sealed the wall then backfilled with gravel and installed a French drain and new downspouts. This natural stone wall failed due to improper drainage and the downspout dumping its water behind the wall. This past week, crews dismantled the wall and redid it. Unlike the previous build, we did it right this time by adding base gravel and gravel behind the wall as well as ran new downspout pipe to drain the water.
