Meal Prepping Tips: 🍲🥗

1. Choose 30 minute or less meal options 👩🏻‍🍳
2. Make extra for leftovers for busier nights 🥘
3. Stock up on glassware for storage and organization🫙
4. Take an hour to prep on the least busy day ⏲️
5. Create a rhythm that works with your family’s schedule (maybe agreeing upon a night to dine out or eat leftovers — even a meal delivery service like )
6. Pantry baskets & designated spots in the fridge make the “i’m hungry” moments more of a mindful practice & easier for kids to find healthy snack options.
