We’ll start with a cup of tea made with herbs aligned to the day’s planetary energy. Take time to taste, reflect, and journal if you feel called.
Then we’ll head to Trace Brewing Beer Garden to settle in for a Sound Bath—a gentle reset for your nervous system with singing bowls, rhythmic drumming, and bells. Lie back, get cozy, and let the sounds wash over you.
